Outreach
Our work focuses on delivering medical outreach programmes to students from under-represented backgrounds, namely low socioeconomic backgrounds, and ethnic minorities. Our programmes are designed to inspire, equip, and increase their self-confidence which will better position them to be successful medical applicants.
"Lydie and Hazal delivered a strong and insightful assembly to our Year 10 and Year 11 students into the different career paths in healthcare. Having two current medical students who attended schools similar to ours, was very inspirational and led to pupils having lots of questions about what a career in healthcare might look like. Students who thought they could not do medicine because they believe they are not 'smart enough' were able to see that there are lots of routes into the field. Thanks Lydie and Hazal!"
